All designs, slogans, and graphics on this site are original works created by Late Stage Threads and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell our designs without written permission. We worked hard on the jokes. Respect the jokes.

Print-on-demand disclosure

All products are manufactured and fulfilled by Gelato, a third-party print-on-demand service. Late Stage Threads does not operate a warehouse, hold physical inventory, or employ sweatshop labor. Each item is made to order.

Accuracy

We do our best to represent colors and sizing accurately. Screens vary. If your shirt looks slightly different in person than on your monitor, that's between you and your display settings.

Prices

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though we are morally committed to keeping everything under $40.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Alameda County, California.
